Streakz — Terms & Promotion Rules

This document describes the Terms & Conditions that govern account eligibility and Streakz promotions, contests, giveaways, and drawings (collectively, "Promotions"), each sponsored by Downey Digital LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, using the App, or participating in a Promotion, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App or participate.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or participate in Promotions.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate information during sign-up and when requested for eligibility verification.
• One account per person: Unless explicitly allowed for a particular Promotion, you may have only one account.
• Verification: We may require additional information to verify eligibility. Failure to provide requested verification may result in disqualification.
• Void where prohibited: Promotions are void where prohibited by law.

2. General Promotion Terms

• No purchase necessary: Promotions are free and require no purchase. Virtual tokens have no monetary value.
• How to enter: Entry methods are described in-app or in the Promotion announcement. Users participate by submitting daily picks.
• Leagues & league ownership: Users may create leagues, join existing leagues, and post custom bets. League owners have administrative control over their leagues. We may disable or remove leagues that violate these terms or our policies.
• Entry periods: Picks must be submitted before the bet closes. Picks submitted after closure are void.
• Pick availability & timing: The Company may post daily picks at its discretion. We generally intend to post picks at least one (1) hour before scheduled game start time. If a pick is posted less than one (1) hour before scheduled game start time, we may designate that date as a free pick day.
• Fraud/abuse: We may disqualify entries, suspend leagues, and/or suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, automation, creating multiple accounts, or conduct that compromises the integrity of the App or a Promotion.
• Responsibility for league content: League owners are responsible for content posted in their leagues, including custom bets and messages. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content and suspend users who violate these terms.

3. Ways to Win

Some Promotions are skill-based and others are chance-based, as described below.

Perfect Pick Challenges (Skill-Based)

• Correctly pick the winner every day during a calendar week or month.
• Successful users become eligible for a prize drawing.
• One (1) winner is selected at random from eligible users.

Parlay Challenges (Skill-Based)

• Occasionally, Streakz offers multi-game Parlay Challenges (which may run on big game days and may span multiple days).
• Users who correctly pick all games in the Parlay Challenge become eligible for a drawing.
• One (1) winner is selected at random from eligible users.

Monthly Participation Sweepstakes (Chance-Based)

• Submit a pick every day of the calendar month.
• Correctness does not matter.
• One (1) winner is selected at random from eligible users.

4. Calendar Definitions

Week: Weeks start on Sunday and end on Saturday, unless a Promotion announcement states otherwise. Timekeeping: Unless stated otherwise, week/month boundaries use your device local time.

5. Rollout Timing / Start Dates

Weekly and Monthly drawings begin Sunday, February 1, 2026. Before February 1, 2026: The Company may run Parlay Challenges and may also run a January launch-period consolation drawing where each correct pick during January counts as one (1) entry.

6. Winner Selection, Notification, and Prizes

Selection: Winners are selected at random from eligible entries for the applicable Promotion unless otherwise stated. Notification: Winners will be notified using the contact method on file (email and/or in-app) within forty-eight (48) hours of the end of the applicable Promotion period, subject to verification and reasonable delays. If a winner does not respond within a stated timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes: Prizes are non-transferable and may be substituted at the Company’s discretion where permitted. Taxes: Winners are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with prize acceptance. We may require tax information if required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or participation in Promotions.

8. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts or use automation to submit picks or participate in Promotions;
• Share account credentials or allow others to use their account;
• Post abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or illegal content in league chat or messages;
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit app functionality, picks, or Promotions;
• Circumvent security measures or access unauthorized data;
• Use league data or user information for unauthorized purposes.

9. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. We will post revised terms and update the Effective Date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Third-Party Platforms

Apple: Apple is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, any Promotions, contests, giveaways, or drawings offered through the App.

Social Media: If you connect social media handles (Twitter, Reddit) to your Streakz account, those platforms' terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services. Streakz is not responsible for third-party platforms or their data practices.
