Streakz — Privacy Policy

This document describes the Privacy Policy for the Streakz mobile application (the "App") operated by Downey Digital LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide

• Account Information: Email address and login credentials.
• Age Confirmation: To verify eligibility (18+).
• Profile Information: Username, avatar image, and optional social media handles (Twitter, Reddit).
• Push Notification Permissions: Device push notification token (only if you enable notifications).
• League & Activity Data: Picks submitted, wagers placed, league memberships, and participation in Promotions.
• Winner Information (Only if Selected): Full legal name, state of residence, contact information needed to deliver prizes, and tax information if required by law.

We do not collect payment information from users. Virtual tokens and wagers are tracked for Promotions and leagues but have no monetary value.

B. Information Collected Automatically

• App Usage Data: Picks submitted, bets viewed, leagues joined, picks locked in, wagers placed, and features accessed.
• Device & Technical Information: Device type, operating system, app version, timestamps, and unique device identifiers (for app functionality, security, and analytics).
• Realtime Activity: Server-side logs of your interactions with the app (picks, wagers, league participation) to display live updates and manage Promotions.

We do not collect precise location or GPS data.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Operate the app and manage leagues, picks, and virtual wagers;
• Track eligibility and determine winners for Promotions;
• Send push notifications and in-app messages related to bets, Promotions, and account activity;
• Display your profile and social media handles to other users within leagues;
• Communicate with users, including winner notifications and support responses;
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and automation violations;
• Comply with legal and tax obligations;
• Improve the app and analyze user behavior and trends.

3. Promotions & Prizes

Participation in Streakz Promotions is free and requires no purchase. Promotions track your picks, wagers, and league participation to determine eligibility. Additional information is requested only from selected winners and solely for verifying eligibility, delivering prizes, and meeting legal or tax requirements. 4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared:

• Within the App: Your public profile information (username, avatar, social media handles, streaks, and league statistics) is visible to other users within leagues you join.
• With Service Providers: Third-party service providers (such as hosting, analytics, database, or infrastructure providers) who assist in operating the app, subject to confidentiality agreements.
• By Law: When required by law, legal process, or court order.
• Safety & Security: To protect the rights, safety, and security of the Company, users, or the public, or to prevent fraud and abuse.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to:

• Operate the app and maintain your account;
• Track Promotions eligibility and winner selection;
• Comply with legal and tax obligations;
• Prevent fraud and enforce our terms.

You may request deletion of your account by contacting support, subject to legal retention requirements.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect user information. However, no system is 100% secure.

7. Children’s Privacy

Streakz is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe we have, contact us to request deletion.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Requests may be submitted by contacting us, and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted in the App with an updated effective date.

10. Third-Party Services
